We want kids to learn about the wonderful things in this world. Everything from the alphabet to numbers, animals and lots more put together in a video making it easy for kids to understand and learn. When kids learn, they can feel more valued and simple educational videos can help them to investigate and encourage them to keep learning new things such as different animals!

We try to upload videos at least once a week or sometimes every fortnight. Your ideas can definitely help us to make better content, so if you want to suggest an idea then please do so here : Complete a survey

You may come across this issue quite often when trying to play embedded videos. We recommend signing in (To your browser, e.g. google account), this can refresh the content on the site. This issue happens a lot with Google Drive embedded videos. If this problem is still occurring, try these additional solutions :

• If you are signed in already, try logging out then sign in again

• Refresh the page several times

• Open the page/video in a different browser

• Check your internet connection

• Disable your Ad-Blocker(s), sometimes Ad-blockers can get confused with videos and potentially block them. Learn more.

The quizzes & forms should usually work even if you're not signed in to Google. They don't require signing in, but if you are facing this issue quite frequently then please try signing in. If it still doesn't work or load, then please try these additional solutions :

• Refresh the page several times (This will help reload content on the site again)

• Try opening the form in a new tab or a different browser. To open forms in a new tab, click the up-right arrow icon '↗️' on the form.

• Disable your adblocker(s). Adblockers can sometimes mistake embedded things such as forms for ads. Learn more.

You can download our apps on the Apps Page. For instructions on how to install the apps on Android, click here. If you're having trouble installing the app, please see the solutions below :

• Make sure your device meets the system requirements. See more about that here.

• Make sure that the APK file opens with the right package installer (Usually the default APK installer)

• Double check that any antiviruses or firewalls aren't blocking the app.

• Turn on 'Allow apps from unknown sources' (Temporarily).

• Check other security settings on your device that may be preventing the app from installing.

• Check your storage, if you don't have enough space left, the app won't be able to install.

• If the app doesn't work properly, try uninstalling it then installing it again.
